I feel like in my own experience. I Didn’t know how much I had to offer. I didn’t see my own full potential in life. Took me sometime to see the beauty in myself. I always thought I was nothing that no matter what I did it wasn’t good enough.  Or I wasn’t good enough for others. It took me sometime to figure out or/ stand up for who I am. It took me sometime because I didn’t believe in myself and I was looking for others to believe in me or validate me. In that itself was so unhealthy.

While serving other people can benefit our wellbeing, enjoyment and relationships, caring so much can also have pitfalls. Individuals that are particularly disinterested, for example, can wind up feeling abused inside their associations and shut out at the job of their professional circumstances.

1.  Being selfless- being selfless can be good and bad thing. It’s always good to have a giving heart and do for others. But here are some ugly truths to being selfless. You make it easy for others when a lot of times you shouldn’t especially in relationships.

2. You are still the first one to volunteer for others. Whatever it is, where it will start, or whether it should be done does not matter. You just go ahead and do it so that it doesn't affect anyone. You say, "Oh this is nothing! You wonder to yourself. I can do that! I can do that! You don't worry of the hassle it is going to offer you or how much work and time it needs. You don't think about it because it takes care after you. You do it, you don't ask any questions, you don't get second thoughts. You set it all down for them, leaving you to take up the bits of your life.

What made me come up with this episode was a meme I came across and it said its okay to forgive and deny access. Meaning its okay to forgive people for what they have done to you and limit how much interaction they have to you or how much they know about you. I’m really familiar with this because I recently went through this struggle because I’m such a forgiving person. But know that it is okay for the sake of your peace.
