Learning to tune into your feelings is a daily practice. Traditionally society has conditioned us to push down our emotions and feelings (esp. the ones that we don’t like or those that are considered ‘bad’). When we can learn to tap into and own our feelings we have an incredible opportunity to create the experiences we truly desire.
