In this episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Slandy Noel. Slandy, an immigrant from Haiti, moved to the United states when she was 15 years of age without speaking the English language. One of her main concerns was that she would not learn English in time to attend college. With a supporting mother and phenomenal teachers, she was not only able to learn the English language but she was able to excel in college and become a chemist. Today we have the pleasure of speaking with someone who had very humble beginnings but turned that all around and use it as motivation to become the huge real estate success that he has today. He grew up in a single family household and was also on welfare. Instead of going down the path of some of his family and friends, he decided to turn a negative into a positive and not only inform himself on what the right path of success was but ended up becoming valedictorian of his school and now a large force in the Philadelphia real estate market. He also teaches students all around the country on how to follow in his footsteps on their path to real estate success.
