Remember that relationship you had a while back? The one that had you thinking, “this could be it” - the real thing. You loved spending time together because it made you feel great! You felt energized, inspired, and ready to conquer the world. You were more confident, stronger, and empowered to achieve even greater things. It improved your self-esteem and the way you felt about yourself. And although there were definitely a few challenges and bumps along the way, you were confident the relationship would last indefinitely. So what happened?
This relationship I’m referring to is your relationship with fitness. And whether you’re still in that relationship, going through a breakup or contemplating getting back together, your fitness relationship - like a personal relationship - can get pretty complicated at times.
