If you’re struggling with all of the darkness in the world, this episode is for you.
I want you to know that there is so much Light and that our ability to recognize our own inner Light aka Frequency, can expand enough to smother out the darkness.
In today’s episode we talk about the work of David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., his book Power Vs. Force, and the frequency of different emotions such as shame, guilt and fear vs. authenticity, courage and gratitude.
Here are a few of the tools I offered to help you create awareness on what is lowering your frequency and how to raise it:
* Creating Awareness - Start paying attention to what/who brings your vibration down on a daily basis. Also, what/who increases your vibration.
* Limiting Exposure to Low Frequencies - This could be media, people, environments, etc.
* Exposing yourself to high frequency - People, activities, books and modalities.
Daily practices and actions that increase our vibration will help us tune into Spirit and our Inner Guide and begin to trust the unknown, the uncharted waters, so we can discover a life filled with Light & Happiness no matter what is going on in the outside world.
