Begun in a powerful thunderstorm, this journey unfurled in delicious, delicate slow motion, as a time-lapse flower blooming, right up until the end when things changed decisively and immediately.

The psychopomp work that arose during a spirit guide reading session described in the second half of this episode provides an example of how this work defies expectations, and allows space for healing and change at levels we sometimes don't predict or know are there.

Thank you again for listening ~

In this fourth episode I do a bit of 'splainin' - about the underlying process of grounding and its importance for myself and humanity overall, the logic of soul, and the role of the lower three chakras in sustaining a heart-centered life.

In this episode I offer some background on my personal history with death, followed by the notes recorded during a psychopomp lesson with recently deceased people in Gaza.

Thank you so much for listening, and for loving the world in your own special way.

Hello, and thank you for listening ~

In this episode, I share notes from a psychopomp journey to a site where an atrocity occurred against native people in the mid 1860s, in Northern California's now Humboldt County. The restorative activities of the elements are highlighted, and the interconnectedness of life allows for inhibited spirits to connect with their ancestors, and for natural forces to repair the energetic field of the area.

There's also a brief note about the "happy medium" piece - and how it would be hard to find a medium happier than I am.

Thank you again for listening - we're just getting started!

In this introductory episode, I set the stage for what comes next, journeys with a happy medium, through the bardos and back, connecting with helping spirits and those who need help, through the heart-open human intention of finding a more loving resolution.
