Your Garden Within 🪴 | Cultivating the Soil of Your Heart

In this episode of The Mammafestation Podcast, I’m sharing a heartfelt reflection inspired by the first three chapters of The Garden Within by Dr. Anita Phillips — and a little life update, too.

We’re talking about the garden within: how your heart is the soil of your life, how words become seeds, and how the beliefs planted in us—both loving and limiting—shape what grows. I explore the idea of word seeds, the weed-thoughts that can take root when our emotional soil has been hurt, and how healing isn’t about ripping anything out perfectly, but about continual, compassionate cultivation.

I also want to share that The Mammafestation Podcast is evolving. As my life shifts and grows, I’m intentionally re-centering this space around the work we do inside The Self Love Book Club—using books as mirrors, tools, and companions on our healing journeys. Because of that, episodes may no longer drop weekly on Mondays, but they will always come from a grounded, intentional place when they do.
