She first starts off by explaining why and how she got into kettlebell even tho there are various famous exercises like Yoga and CrossFit. She states “I did not pick Kettlebell, it picked me“. She conveys her journey by specifying how even though she did not have any specifications she was yet hired. She shares her personal experience of how it helped her to see the magical things within her and do the things, which she once thought were impossible. She portrays kettle beel to be meditative state, She talks and makes us realize how we ourselves don’t even realize the amount of weight we carry when we just go a simple grocery shopping. She tells us the importance of kettlebell, why you should have a coach, and how her clients have progressed in lifting even heavier weights. Along with it, she explains all the different types of exercise involved and how it leads to healing. She concludes by stating, “Kettlebell brings focus and energy which is magical”.
