Everyone IS tired - but there is help!
I really enjoyed this book. Jadie is right on about processed foods, sugar, inflammation, our immune system and everything that ties together. Too many of us are eating the wrong kinds of food that simply drain us - and we aren't sure why we are so tired. Following the information (and even a few recipes), UNDERSTANDING what you put in your body will go a long way to improving your energy... and this means you can do more of what you want to accomplish. That is the end reward. Excellent book!

You will never look at food the same way again after reading this book. This book is excellent not only for those who are health conscious but for everyone. It raises awareness about the effects of every food we put in our bodies especially those that drain our energy level and not.

This is an excellent read to bring the strategies we can employ for good health to the forefront of our minds. Ms. Aranda's book is a public service announcement for all who read it. Thank you for writing this to remind us what to eat and to drink water and stay hydrated. I find for me sometimes I just need a reminder like this.

Jadie presents a complex subject in a fun and easy format to read. It is an eye-opening book, and informative that I am thrilled to have bought. On a personal level, I found the chapter on Immune response of particular interest. Making the right food choices is a Must for a high energy through a healthy digestive and immune system. I highly recommend especially for those with autoimmune disease.
A quick read packed with vital energy boosting ingredients
This book beautifully sums up what holistic practitioners know and that is to treat food as thy medicine and medicine as thy food (Hippocrates famous quote). We don't need pills to boost our energy, we just need better fuel (food) from the start. Food is powerful, it can boost our energy or zap it. It can add to our immune system or cause it to go into attack mode. This is a great book that shows us how to fix our diets -- and it is easily digestible too!
