If you are fortunate to be working over the holidays, then you have been given a gift. Your talent is you giving to those who are watching/enjoying your acting, and you are being given an opportunity to perform. Another gift. Congratulations! I have found that working over a holiday, be I Christmas, July 4th or any special occasion (benefit concert?) has plenty of mixed feelings attached. You might feel excited to have a job but you might also be missing family and friends.
