Your spiritual journey is so personal and individual to who you are, that it will never look like someone else's!  In the world of social media, we have become flooded with so many new tricks, tips, tools, and techniques that we then want to implement into our own spiritual routines.  But sometimes, this can turn into too much ! Sometimes, we start acquiring too much of what works for others and we neglect what really feels good to us.  It falls into wanting to fit under that 'spiritual aesthetic' that we see on social media!  

But if you are doing spiritual 'things' just to get them done and move on with your day, it is time for reassessment!  Your spiritual practice should be genuinely connecting you to your spiritual essence.  It shouldn't feel like an obligation or a checklist.  

Take the time to feel into your spiritual practice.  Is it genuinely connecting you to your spiritual side + making you feel good? Or are you doing these things in order to fit into some spiritual aesthetic + be considered 'spiritual enough'?
