The acts of the day, what we do on a daily basis are different than what we used to do in the past. The past is only 10 years ago. The point is we are moving fast in the changes. The phone in your pocket is a major leap from just a few months ago. You should know this as the companies attempt to sell you the new phone every 2 weeks.
If you told a World War II veteran that you could drop a bomb on the enemy’s head in a foreign country without leaving an air-conditioned office in Las Vegas. The veteran would have thought you insane. That in a seventy-year difference and a science fiction idea come to life.
The idea of addiction has become a selling point in marketing. If you look at many marketing flights and pay attention you will see a terrible trend. The trend is the phase or similar post announcing the product, “It’s addicting!” like it is a selling point. In our world, the idea of being an addict is a positive selling point. It is true or the folks creating marking plans wouldn’t use those words or ideas. “It’s addicting,” is a selling point to the masses.

Blue light is your friend and also your enemy. It is all about when you use the blue light. The choice of using yellow lensed glasses about an hour before sleep. It works!

Sedentary and relaxation are different things. Relaxation is restorative, sedentary is a death spiral. The example of Adult Diabetes or Type II is an example of a spiral that destroys the quality of life and descends toward death.
The idea of keeping mental focus and why airlines require rest. Why the airlines limit the number of consecutive hours of a flight. An airline limit is because our brains only remain so sharp and then we become drunk on our feet.
