I had a conversation the other day that sparked this episode - past "mistakes" can be associated with shame, guilt, embarrassment etc.

There is no denying the fact though - that every single step you've taken so far and every single thought you've had up until this point, has led you to where you are today. With all the good and all the bad...

Selfishness has a bad rep! At least if you ask the average person. But if you’re here reading this, you probably agree that selfishness can be good, extremely important and sometimes crucial - because if you don’t look out for yourself; then who will?

Loyalty is a concept I see portrayed and debated on TV a lot. Usually in a negative context though - when someone is accused of NOT being loyal! I find this very fascinating and I very much disagree with this way of defining loyalty.
