We shared some beer with Max Gilkes, music producer and classically trained guitarist, playing notably in guitar duo Map and prog rock band The One. He's played concerts worldwide and worked with artists such as Thundercat and Little Dragon, and operates from a well established private studio in Brighton.
We chatted through his journey to music college, coming to terms with a debilitating finger injury, getting into singing and getting engaged along with much more in between.

We shared some beer with Jake Criswick, CEO of Play it Forward (www.play-itforward.org), a charity working in Zambia providing access to education and health using football as a means of engaging young people.
We spoke about what Jake did before setting the charity up and where he sees his life going in the future as well as a good discussion about the fantastic work that Play it Forward are doing.
Jake also mentions Escape the City (https://www.escapethecity.org), a site dedicated to helping individuals find purposeful jobs outside of “the city”.
