Forgetting that God is the source of our blessings is a dangerous attitude. God took us out of sin and He gives us the strength we need daily. Let us not forget that He is the source of supply. This is the key to living victoriously on the abundance He bestows upon us.

The Christian Life is compared to a marathon, one which requires perseverance and endurance. Although as Christian we may face several tests and trials we must continue. We look to Jesus who, in this marathon, is our lead runner. He came to earth and he suffered mockery and shame. He went to the cross and endured pain and suffering so that he could provide redemption for the whole human race. Therefore, don't give up. When the road gets tough the best cure is to fix our eyes on Jesus the perfecter of our faith.

However, with Jesus and his word as our compass and guide, coupled with prayer and fasting and good Christian counsel we will reach the safety of our heavenly home. This is our final destination.
