Its been far too long, and now after 5 months of real estate this is where I am at. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity but realized how my time is spent is my top priority. I want to do the things that really bring me joy. Thats why I started real estate...for the flexibility, and income opportunities. With all that being said, expect consistent episodes! But first, help your girl out and let me know where you think I should take this pod. What are some things or perspectives you want to talk/hear about? Let me know in the comments or DM me on IG @braandyververs. Talk soon!
Its been a hot minute since I had the time to talk to you guys so in todays episode we are catching up, spilling all the tea, and sharing my current struggles in this new season of life. If you can relate to any of this leave a comment, I would love to connect deeper!
This episode my girl Jerrika and I talk about how becoming a mother at a young age changed her whole lifes trajectory. From going through one of the toughest times of her life, to now leaning into her faith, feeding her mindset, and finding love.

This episode I had my girl friend of 7 years on, Erin Dickey and we talked all things motherhood from body image, wtf moments as a boy Mom, and even sex life after babies. You're def going to want to grab a glass of wine for this one!
There will always be lessons when it comes to your motherhood journey and what I've learned this past week is one: you need to learn how to pivot and roll with the purchases especially when it comes to sick kiddos; secondly don't be afraid to ask for help and build a community you can count on. Trust when I say doing these two simple things will help improve your mental health.
Struggling with body issues starts at such a young age for most of us. As parents it’s important to teach our children healthy habits (physical & mental) now so that way if/when it does happen they are not too hard on themselves and know how they can switch it up. Come dive into our convo of how Body Suite Denver incorporates all of her knowledge into business, lifestyle, and especially parenting!
Finally after 7 months my girl Nicole can breathe a sigh of relief. Come listen to her POV from seeing that first positive test to having an infant that won’t sleep so now you feel like you’re drowning, to were finally getting ready and feel human again. All the waves, all the milestones, all the WTF moments.
Any other Mama have no concept of time when it comes to the week after Christmas but before New Years? For a minute there I had no idea what day of the week it was and so I was feeling the anx of not having enough time to get all the winter break activites done before the kids go back but also like when do they go back. This episode is kind of a two part question: does any other mama feel like there isn’t ever enough time to do all the things, and if your a home schooling mama do you feel this way or are you more relaxed because you do have those hours in the day to do what you want? Help a mama out!
Anyone else feel like once they get to a certain age its time to shit or get off the pot when it comes to having more babies? Im about to be 34 and I feel like this is the first year where both my kids are pretty self sufficient and I don’t need to be as hands on. With both kids in school I now have the time to start building things for myself but of course all my friends are having babies and my ovaries are screaming at me to pop another babe out, like WTF! Help a Mama out, is there a definitive moment whereas moms/family we have a realization that yes lets have another one, or no were good; or is it more of the time passes you by and it just can’t happen anymore. The struggle is real with this one!
Help a Mama out when it comes to this whole Santa thing! My 7yo daughter is getting to smart and too observant
for this to continue much longer, so what do I do? Let me know on Instagram what you've done or plan to do for your littles.
