The parable of the dishonest manager presents many challenges to the casual reader because Jesus seems to commend sinful behavior. But what we will realize upon further study is that Jesus is actually commending the wise use of resources as well as warning us against the idolatry of money. Are you faithful with what the Lord has entrusted to you?
