Your Moon Phases

I like to compare our emotions and experiences to the moon phases because…we know the full moon always come back and we know the new moon always comes back. We don’t go about our days questioning when a full or new moon is coming back around because we know that answer. AND we know there are phases between a new and full moon.  It’s not up for debate. Science, right?

Let’s take that into our mental health. Evaluate what energies, emotions, and patterns have been consistent in your life. Your mental health journey is a part of your human experience that you’re supposed to have.

The problem is when you think it’s a problem. I’m a huge advocate for positive coping mechanisms, and for me, one of those is allowing myself to feel and love every part of my human experience. On this episode, I want to encourage you to do the same by giving you examples of exactly how I do it.
