The more my business grows the more I realise the absolute importance of protecting my peace and my energy.

So today my loves, I’m letting you in on your new favourite mindset hack to support you to do just that.

This is my mindset hack that is a little unconventional (you know that's how we do things around here) BUT I have never felt so liberated, or more conscious of all of the ways I was accidentally leaking my energy externally in ways that were really affecting me than after I started doing this.

This practice has allowed me to really take my power back around things that are happening for me and with me, and help me feel like I can not give away my power. Being able to protect my inner peace and energy allows me to show up as my biggest and brightest self for you, for my clients, my relationships and for this business. And this has been such a big factor in being able to exponentially grow my business, and I want this for you too!

Becoming almost ruthless with how you protect your mind and your energy and hold firm on your boundaries, can help you build and grow your business because these are such precious resources. And this exercise can just completely change the game for you like it has for me and my clients.
