Nobody set a better example of how to finish well than Jesus. And Jesus didn’t just finish “well”, he finished perfectly. He started perfectly.

What can we learn from the example of Jesus? When we do what Jesus did, we can experience the life he promised. Jesus showed us how to center ourselves on God through his baptism and immediate time of fasting in the desert.

When we center ourselves on God, it requires us to depend on him. When we depend on him more, we get closer to him.

And the closer we get to God, the more like him we become!
