Kathryn Camsey is a mother to 8-year-old Blissbelle and the creator of My Mind Full Of Happiness Guide.

In 2011, something really bad happened to Kathryn's 20-year-old niece, Alice. Her whole family was left devastated. In particular, her 8-year-old niece suddenly found herself without her big sister, and Kathryn desperately wanted to help her smile again.

Kathryn introduced her to the spiritual and mindfulness tools she has always used in her life. She wanted to see if they would help her and if they could be taught in an age-appropriate way. They worked together with each modality and a daily routine, and with the tools, time, and consistency, she managed to regain her happiness and joy in life again.

Seeing her 8-year-old niece flourish by using all these teachings made Kathryn want to empower and give happiness to other children. She spent years researching, reading, taking courses, and learning every technique, spiritual, and mindfulness skill she could. All in an effort to create the most beautiful, detailed, and knowledge mindful children's life guide, ever.
