Ed and Lorraine Warren meant a great deal to those of us that are interested in or live for paranormal/ supernatural stories/ adventures. After Lorraine’s passing on 4/18/2019, I, Geode decided that it was time to tell the story behind the movie The Conjuring. In this episode, to honor their memory, I will tell a little about the history of the Warrens, the true story of the Perron family that The Conjuring movie is based and some thoughts that the Warrens had related to the family and the home. I will discuss the movie, its fact and fictions, possible enities present and mistreatment of the family. I will share some of the points of interest from the oldest child, Andrea Perron’s interview and video with current farmhouse owner Norma Sutcliffe.
According to Andrea, the movie was just a broad watercolor of the true events the family experienced in the 10 years they lived in the Harrisville, RI farmhouse. She states that the true events are much worse than the movie could portray!
Stay Spooky, in honor of the Warrens, if you are ask to investigate a haunting, do good for those involved and if you want to be scared, watch The Conjuring.
