Deckert about how he uses revenue sharing as a business model. J. is a professional science nerd and long time combat sport practitioner. Trained in project management, BPMN, and lean six sigma, he specializes in taking these enterprise level tools and breaking them down for use by small to medium sized teams.

In this episode I talk with Matt Giovanisci, creator of Swim University and the rap genius behind the Hashtag Hustle music video.
