Lisa’s career is a the outcome of her personal trauma. From a mother with violent psychiatric illness, a military injury resulting in disability due to trauma, 18 surgeries due to systemic autoimmune disease, abusive husband that left her facing bankruptcy. 

With her military & medical science background, along with being a belly to belly holistic health entrepreneur & coach for 20 years, Lisa wanted to make a difference and prove your past does not define your future and inspire those who have suffered.
