Today is Day 3 and we are talking about Changing Your Thinking About Food.

Today’s topic is something I see women struggle with all of the time; their
thoughts around food.

See, the reason you may not be getting the results you want is not that
you don’t have enough knowledge on nutrition or fitness, but because you
have mental roadblocks that prevent you from doing what you know you
should be doing.

And unless you address your thinking about food, you will be stuck in the
vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting and starting over each Monday. If we don’t
remove these mental blocks, it will be really hard for you to sustain your
weight loss.
