Today is all about putting together all the pieces from the last 4 days.
Yesterday you learned that in order to create your perfect food plan, you must stop believing these Top 3 Nutrition Lies:
Weight Loss is simply a matter of calories in = calories out
You need to exercise to lose weight
A low carb-ketogenic way of eating is not sustainable
So, now the question is: How do we put this all together?
If you are like most you may find yourself caught in indecision. Not getting started with anything because you aren’t sure that it’s going to work.
Or you get started, put in all this effort and see the scale go up (or not down fast enough), get discouraged, and quit.
The number #1 you have to do is take action.
Results come to those who take action.
Because you've made it to this point of the challenge that means you're the type of woman who is committed to taking action.
You are EXACTLY the type of coachable woman who will hit her goals.
You've built a ton of momentum this week because you had a coach to give you simple steps and YOU took them!
Today you will be committing to continuing to take daily action towards your goals so that you don't revert back to the bad habits of the past.
