Amy Voss joins us this week. She is a rockstar CFI, Mentor and is the Regional Training Manager for the East Coast at Cirrus Aircraft. She works daily with helping students, instructors and flight schools help people through elevating their personal minimums. Sometimes personal minimums are a lot harder than we think.
