Katelyn Ingram is a passionate pharmacy professional whose career spans community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, industry, and HealthTech. She began her journey in healthcare at just 16 as a pharmacy assistant, where she discovered her love for making a difference in people’s lives.

While pursuing a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Sydney, Katelyn faced early challenges that tested her confidence. However, through resilience, determination, and a mindset shift, she graduated with Honours, earned a place on the Dean’s List, and was recognised as Pharmacy Student of the Year in 2019.

Her career has since expanded into diverse and impactful roles, including working in community and hospital pharmacy, leading the Outpatient Pharmacy Department at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and contributing to the NSW Vaccination Hub during the COVID-19 pandemic. She later transitioned into industry at AbbVie, a leading pharmaceutical company, before stepping into the dynamic world of HealthTech.

Currently, as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Healthengine, Katelyn collaborates with enterprise pharmacy groups to define success and help them achieve their strategic goals. Michelle Lynch is the Chief Executive Officer for Ramsay Pharmacy and Psychology Group, part of Ramsay Health Care, the largest private healthcare company in Australia. Her accountabilities and leadership oversee the operations of the pharmacy departments within the Ramsay private hospital network, the franchisor services supporting the franchise network of Ramsay community pharmacies and Ramsay psychology clinics caring for clients in the community.

She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Monash University and maintains her registration as a pharmacist. Michelle has extensive experience and expertise in health leadership and operations in the private hospital sector, outpatient and community setting and integrated health services in the primary and acute health setting. She is passionate about the pivotal role pharmacists and allied health can play in the multidisciplinary healthcare team combined with the use of technology, to deliver best health outcomes to patients.

Shaylee Mills is an ECP working across community pharmacy and an Aboriginal Health Service in the Pilbara region of WA. Through her experience working in remote communities and multi-disciplinary teams, Shaylee has found her passion for the exciting world of rural pharmacy.

Shaylee shares her day-to-day life as a pharmacist through social media, known as The Rural Pharmacist. She has a deeply personal experience of loneliness and is a passionate clinical entrepreneur who is out to inspire, educate and mobilise the entire pharmacy industry to address loneliness at patient, pharmacy and community level to improve wellbeing at scale.

Jenny is the founder of the PALS (Pharmacy Addressing Loneliness and Social Isolation). PALS is the first international pharmacy initiative developing a road map for the pharmacy sector to address loneliness. The longer-term goal is for pharmacists to have an in-depth understanding of the health effects associated with loneliness, and how to address them, and for this to become an intrinsic part of pharmacy practice across Australia and globally.

Jenny has been published in the Australian Journal of Pharmacy (AJP) and Australian Pharmacist (AP) on the topic of loneliness. In Australia, Jenny has presented on loneliness at peak national pharmacy education conferences (PSA conference), on webinars with the Australasian College of Pharmacy (ACP), to the #1 global ranking (2023) pharmacy university (Monash University Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences) and at a Parliamentary House event championing the pivotal role that pharmacists can play in addressing loneliness.
