Caroline Diamantis is a passionate community pharmacist with over 30 years of experience in pharmacy ownership.

Shortly after completing her Bachelor of Pharmacy at Sydney University, she was able to fulfil her dream of buying her first pharmacy, where she realised the importance of differentiating pharmacists as professionals, advocating clinical pharmacy and Practising at Full Scope - particularly in a Community Setting.

Caroline is determined to achieve our Full scope of Clinical Practice, Expansion of Clinical Services which MUST be remunerated by Govt. We play pivotal role at the Healthcare Frontline ensuring reduced emergency hospitalisations. This must be recognised and reimbursed.

Being a director on various Boards has allowed for particular advocacy for gender diversity and Women in Leadership positions across the Profession, including Pharmacy Ownership. Mentoring early career pharmacists (ECPs) into ownership and leadership roles is  a particular passion with programs designed to support and engage.

Caroline is a passionate advocate for recognition of the profession during crisis, seeking acknowledgement and financial support from the NSW government. She is committed to addressing workforce issues, including mentorship to ECPs and support and advocacy for appropriate pharmacist salaries, and determined to achieve full scope of clinical practice.

Susan Nguyen is a passionate pharmacist dedicated to helping individuals with ADHD thrive through compassionate, personalised care. ​Nancy Rostom is an award-winning pharmacist based in Perth, Western Australia, renowned for her innovative approach and dedication to community health. Katelyn Ingram is a passionate pharmacy professional whose career spans community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, industry, and HealthTech. She began her journey in healthcare at just 16 as a pharmacy assistant, where she discovered her love for making a difference in people’s lives.

While pursuing a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Sydney, Katelyn faced early challenges that tested her confidence. However, through resilience, determination, and a mindset shift, she graduated with Honours, earned a place on the Dean’s List, and was recognised as Pharmacy Student of the Year in 2019.

Her career has since expanded into diverse and impactful roles, including working in community and hospital pharmacy, leading the Outpatient Pharmacy Department at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and contributing to the NSW Vaccination Hub during the COVID-19 pandemic. She later transitioned into industry at AbbVie, a leading pharmaceutical company, before stepping into the dynamic world of HealthTech.

Currently, as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Healthengine, Katelyn collaborates with enterprise pharmacy groups to define success and help them achieve their strategic goals. She brings a strong passion for people, project management, leadership, and career development to every collaboration.

Michelle Lynch is the Chief Executive Officer for Ramsay Pharmacy and Psychology Group, part of Ramsay Health Care, the largest private healthcare company in Australia. Her accountabilities and leadership oversee the operations of the pharmacy departments within the Ramsay private hospital network, the franchisor services supporting the franchise network of Ramsay community pharmacies and Ramsay psychology clinics caring for clients in the community.

She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Monash University and maintains her registration as a pharmacist. Michelle has extensive experience and expertise in health leadership and operations in the private hospital sector, outpatient and community setting and integrated health services in the primary and acute health setting. She is passionate about the pivotal role pharmacists and allied health can play in the multidisciplinary healthcare team combined with the use of technology, to deliver best health outcomes to patients.

Michelle has also contributed to the wider pharmacy profession as a Director of The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) for over ten years and was the most recent past National Vice-President. During her tenure at PSA, she was the Chair of the PSA Finance Audit and Risk Management Committee.

She has previously held positions on the editorial board of the Australian Pharmaceutical Formulary and the clinical board of the South-Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network. She is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award for the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (2022), a Fellowship of the PSA (2019), Chief Executive Women’s Executive Manager Scholarship (2021) attending Wharton Executive Development Program and was appointed by the federal Minister of Health to the Medicinal Cannabis Advisory Committee (since 2018).

Shaylee Mills is an ECP working across community pharmacy and an Aboriginal Health Service in the Pilbara region of WA. Through her experience working in remote communities and multi-disciplinary teams, Shaylee has found her passion for the exciting world of rural pharmacy.

Shaylee shares her day-to-day life as a pharmacist through social media, known as The Rural Pharmacist. Through her platforms, she has created a community of ECPs across Australia and around the world, intending to empower pharmacists to join the rural health workforce through educational content and authentic rural pharmacy insight.

Shaylee has been published in Australian Pharmacist, highlighting diverse rural internships across Australia. She was also PSA's National Intern Pharmacist of the Year 2022 for her efforts working in the Kimberley region. Jenny Kirschner has 20+ years experience in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors including as a clinical and retail pharmacist. She has a deeply personal experience of loneliness and is a passionate clinical entrepreneur who is out to inspire, educate and mobilise the entire pharmacy industry to address loneliness at patient, pharmacy and community level to improve wellbeing at scale.

Jenny is the founder of the PALS (Pharmacy Addressing Loneliness and Social Isolation). PALS is the first international pharmacy initiative developing a road map for the pharmacy sector to address loneliness. The longer-term goal is for pharmacists to have an in-depth understanding of the health effects associated with loneliness, and how to address them, and for this to become an intrinsic part of pharmacy practice across Australia and globally.

Jenny has been published in the Australian Journal of Pharmacy (AJP) and Australian Pharmacist (AP) on the topic of loneliness. In Australia, Jenny has presented on loneliness at peak national pharmacy education conferences (PSA conference), on webinars with the Australasian College of Pharmacy (ACP), to the #1 global ranking (2023) pharmacy university (Monash University Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences) and at a Parliamentary House event championing the pivotal role that pharmacists can play in addressing loneliness.
