  • Paul From Sinner to Saint XVII
Welcome back to part 17 of our bible study on Paul. We would recommend that when we are done that you take a couple of days and go back through all of these again.  Of course we still are not done, as there are 24 sections.  When you go through these lessons again, be sure and read the scriptures first and take notes of high lights that sticks into your mind.  Then listen and be amazed as Bill has been on how you will still see things you never saw before throgh the eyes of this teacher. Some things the teacher has taken some creative license with but it is based on geopgraphy, other historical writings from that time, and his belief that the bible is the inspired word of GOD.  It blows the mind to realize that for the most part Paul was more educated in writing style and just about anything else then anybody we have probably met in our life.  We see the apostle Paul in a different way then we have ever been able to do before through just biblical church teaching.  Our teacher is a college professor that teaches bible as a life long work at one of the top educational universities in the country. Bill calls California the land of fruits and nuts as a play on words.  For sure the creative thinking from leadership in that part of the country is falling far away from the teachings of the bible. So clearly the right place for this teacher to add balance for young minds.  Our entire country has strayed away from the teachings in the bible on how Jesus wants his bride to live. We appreciate all of the feedback to these lessons.  Blog Talk mom for sure helps make these shows great.  We appreciate her input and knowledge even when she gets stuck in the Psalms.  If you are a first timer, you just have to go back and listen to past shows to get the inside joke.  She is a jewel and we are blessed with  what she adds to this show. We are not sure there would be a show without her!

  • Paul from Sinner to Saint XVI
Welcome back to Paul from sinner to saint part 16. Tonight there is probably going to be more controversy in how people look at the topic of what is being said. But if I said and taught you for years that the glass is half full. Then you heard another teacher say it is half empty.  Which would you say is right? For those willing to keep an open mind.  You would say they are both saying the same thing. But many people get stuck in the terms used and find themselves frustrated in what they believe.  That is why there is so much confusion over the God head, faith, grace, and works. Tonight you are going to get some great examples of this teaching on salvation through grace through faith.  I hope that this helps you even as this teacher is not exactly right in his thought process.  He is still exposing some great truths here for us to take advantage of. So get out your pencil and paper.  You will want to take notes. As with all of our shows you are invited to speak your thoughts at the end of the show. Just push the number 1 on your phone and I will identify you by the last four digits of your phone number before placing you on the air.

  • Paul From Sinner to Saint XV
Welcome back to part 15 of our series Pual from Sinner to saint.  We played our starting song in respect and memory of Sis. Judy Tyler who had her funeral service today. To try to share all of the things she had done for our family could be a show in itself. She will be missed by all that have known her as we have.  Please keep the family in prayer.  We want to remind everybody that this teacher is teaching this class in a school setting and not a church setting.  Some of his descriptions of things has us reminding people of this so they are not offended.  But with that said he paints a picture of Paul that most people admitt they have not seen before.  Tonight will be more details highlighted in a way to open your mind and thought process about Paul, and GOD.

  • Paul From Sinner to Saint XIV
Welcome back to part 14 of our series of Paul from sinner to saint part 14. We pray that you have been getting as much from this series of bible study on Paul as we have.  I have never had a lesson that has brought the life of Paul into such a clear light. The struggles, determination, faith, hope, and even the miles that he covered.  The people who have posted comments all say that they can see and understand more things of their life struggles in trying to walk this walk of faith.  Tonight is another great lesson that we know you are going to enjoy.  Wild Bill took us back a few years with the song combo that started this show tonight.  Many of you were probably not even born when these two songs came out.  Bill thinks both of these songs came out in 1970!  Wow that was a long time ago.  Get your pencils ready as we take the next step on looking at Paul!

  • Paul From Sinner to Saint XIII
Welcome to part 13 of our lessons on Paul from Sinner to Saint.  These lessons on Paul have been very eye opening.  There are a lot of things happening that for the most part we just look over without really seeing the humanity of the people involved.  Be honest, how many of you look at things in your life in living for GOD as punishment and rewards?  Who profits by putting this kind of thinking into your mind?  You got it!  Its satan who is the accuser that uses past, present, and and even fear of how we think others are judging us.  For example, how many times have you thought you must be doing something wrong or feel others may think bad of you due to your situation?  Did it become a distraction that caused you to falter or lose focus?  How many of you not only allowed this to happen to your thinking but brought other brothers and sisters into it?  To the point that maybe the pastor had to get involved?  It is dangerous to judge things happening based on punishments and rewards. This series makes clear that life happens to the just and the unjust.  Look at all of the real life in your face situations Paul was in.  Was he doing wrong?  We challange you to pur yourself in Pauls situations and take stock of what you would have done!  Glad our life is not exposed in the bible for all to read and judge. Hope you are ready to take notes. This is another great lesson!   If you have any questions or comments.  Just push the number 1 on your phone and we will identify you by the last four digits of your phone number when we place you on the air after the lesson.

  • Paul From Sinner to Saint XII
Welcome back to Part 12 of our series, "Paul From Sinner to Saint." I hope that you are enjoying this show as much as we are.  Just want to remind everybody that this bible study is being taught in a school setting.  We agree with most of what this teacher paints as a picture of the bible.  But there are things we feel he gets more into the thought process of a educator leaning on his knowledge from research and carnal thinking.  Instead of bringing you things from a spiritual foundation of faith.  Not to say this teacher has not spoke with an anointing on some things that speak to his spiritual man.  We will be posting a video of this song on our FB page that started our show. The singer has the map detailing Paul's travals in the background.  Of course you may have a family bible that details the missionary journey of Paul.  Would make you much more appreciative to check this out for yourself.  As always your comments or questions are welcome at the end of the show.

  • Paul From Sinner to Saint XI
Welcome back to part 11 of our lesson on Paul from sinner to saint! We tried to go back and take songs we feel that speaks to the heart of Paul and his ministry! How did we do? You will notice tonight a lot of Paul saying the same thing again from last weeks lesson.  In fact once he stated that he wanted to be judged under Roman law with the rights of a Roman.  He was stuck going through all of the red tape of that legal system.  There was no using the system to get away from the people that tried to kill him and then saying he changed his mind.  It is hard to understand with all of the cruel acts that the Roman leaders placed on people in their legal system.  That they claimed that a Roman citizen could travel anywhere in the known world without fear due to the protections offered by Rome and the rights granted in their legal system.  Does that sound a little familiar?  As we know from history that Rome lost its position as the super power of the world.  Should warn us that it could happen to us!  The powers that we need to be aware of is the power of GOD, the powers of the spirits of this world,  and the ability and permission GOD has provided each of us to choose free will! God has a plan for all of us. Will we seek it and follow the plan is a choice! Scary!   Notice anything about Paul's testimony?  He does not miss a chance to sow the seeds of truth with a desire of a harvest!  As always you can share your comments or questions at the end of the show. Just push the number 1 if you would like to be placed on the show!

  • Paul From Sinner to Saint X
Welcome back to another show of our bible study, "Paul from sinner to saint part 10". As the song points out there is nothing like the power of God and how HE gave us authority to use HIS name in all that we say and do!  We sometimes forget what a legacy that GOD left for us while we are waiting for that day of the LORD to come.  We are thankful to know that in the name of Jesus is all that we need or will need.  Paul is still showing us in this bible lesson tonight just how much value he puts in trying to please Jesus vs his own flesh.  As always you may not agree with this teacher but he does a great job of getting you to think outside of the box as he paints a picture of events for this generation.  You can push the number 1 on your phone and you will be identified by the last four digits of your phone number when we place you on the air.  It is free for you to follow the archives of our shows and to download them to any smart device.

  • Paul From Sinner to Saint IX
Welcome back to part 9 of our series of Paul from sinner to saint! As you can tell from our song.  We are still basking in the love of GOD for his creation.  This time of year the proof of that love cannot be ignored in the looking back at the death of Jesus on that cross.  The horror of just how brutal this was for someone that was innocent of any wrong doing.  Then on the 3rd day in all of his power.  He raised himself up through the power of HIS spirit.  That same spirit that we were provided a portion of on the day of Pentecost  If you stop and think that Paul was probably a wittness to all of this. It makes his dertinination, and his ability to accept how he was treated much more clear.  We hope and pray that this teacher has opened up something about Paul that you may have missed before. As always, your comments or questions are welcome at the end of the show. Just push the number one on your phone and I will identify you by the last four digits of your phone number.

  • Paul From Sinner To Saint VIII
Welcome back to part 8 of our show, "Paul from sinner to saint.  We are at the time of year where we celebrate Easter.  We have done shows in the past opening up all of the information of how Easter was first a pagan holiday.  How that the catolic church brought Easter into the church world  is easy to research.  You can go into the archives of our show if you want to hear more about this.  But tonight we are staying with our bible lesson on Paul.  In case you missed the news this week from the catholic church.  The Pope recognized that gay people were welcome to come into the church.  But that gay marriage and not calling this act a sin would not be accepted in their church. Many denominational churches have not made that stand. We hope that you are enjoying this teacher and this bible study on Paul.  This teacher is not a preacher but shares many insights that have been overlooked by many church bible teachers.  Very few bible scholors have had this teachers historical teachings from biblical time.  For sure his going to these places helps paint a clear picture of what it was like to travel during the time the people of the bible were alive.  As always your comments or questions are welcome.  Just push the number 1 on your phone at the end of the show. I will identify you by the last four digits of your phone number when I place you on the air.
