Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place".  Tonight Wild Bill is going to chat with us on a sermon he recently preached! He wonders if he is the only one that reads the bible, and looks at where people of faith stand in the balance.  Bill will tell you that life will hit you where you live with no warning!  But when this happens do you stop and think I need to thank GOD for this storm?  Most people fall into a couple of catagories when life hits them between the eyes.  Some, become like a deer with a locked vision on the headlights of the vehicle that is about to hit them.  They figure that their performance of life, and their performance in living for GOD has fallen short and do not know which direction to go.  So they just freeze!  They mentally lock in a fetal postion, waiting for someone to come and rescue them. We all know that you cannot sit still in living for GOD! Many of these people quit church, and/or fall back into bad habits of their past life.  There are others that when pushed, they push back.  They use everything and everybody in their life to overcome the situation.  Unfortunatly, in this process many of these people forget to make GOD part of that process!  They may still speak of God but do not allow HIM in the process!  It never fails that when we try to find our own way without GOD, that we end up failing our test!  We know that everybody does not fall into these catagories.  Thank GOD! Tonight we want to talk about the unexpected things that suddenly appear.  Wild Bill likes music to try to reach people. We want to start off tonight, by saying thank you to all of our veterans for your service.  We have many deployed military that tell us they download our shows.  We have had deployed military call into the show live requesting prayer!  Of all of the things in this world, where we cannot always tell what/who is right or wrong!  We have no doubt that our military men and women are the best of the best in their service to our country.  We also want to say thank you to all of their families for their service!  In our past shows you will find that we strive to honor all of you! Once we had a military couple share their experience with PTSD and TBI.  It was a hard story to hear but you can listen to it from our archives.  We always want to encourage people to remember these brave men and women in your prayers! Real life does not play out like a one hour television show! The scars and sacrifices of war go on long after the battle has been fought! We have always been a little surprised at people that say they have a calling to preach but not interested to sharing a message where they are not in front of a group of people while standing behind a pulpit. Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place".  Last week, Wild Bill got his negiative, idiotic button stuck, in the on Position.  You could say he had a melt down on the show! He has had to eat a lot of crow this last week and has been a pretty good sport about it.  For many people music is a way to sooth the beast that lives within.  For example, the music that started tonight's show was from a bunch of young people in Isreal that made all of the noises you heard in this song with their voices, and the use of their body.  No musical instruments were being played!  Tonights show is intended to put a smile on your face and put an extra bounce in your step as you have to face the struggles that come from everyday life.  At some point in time we will all face a time of crisis and stress that feels beyond our limits.  We llok forward to your thoughts on how you deal with stress, and life when it seems the entire world has fallen on you!

Welcome to another show here at, "Your Place"  From Last weeks show Wild Bill got a lot of comments in regareds to some of the things he said about Ronald Regan and the Republican party.  He said, It is sad that out of that entire show all people got out of it was what a congress woman remarked on in the hearings on "Planned Parenthood" and my remarks to the Republican's real stance on abortion.  If that stirred emotions then tonight should start a fire storm.  We are going to look at some personal information about Wild Bill.  Mostly to explain his stance on polictical issues.  Do not think this is going to be a show based on polictics. As Wild Bill is known to do.  He is going to take us on a joureny that will end with the reminder of how people of faith cannot use deflection as an excuse to not obey GOD.  He has specific thoughts as do all people regarding issues that was discussed last week regarding Obama Care, and the new marriage law that was created by the supream court.  I guess we will not know exactly how this is going to play out without listening. I think that over the years the church has forgot many of the important foundational issues that are clearly marked in the bible for all of us to see! From this we have two shows that we are putting together.  We decided to take a sermon that was preached at a live service to prod you into thinking with your spiritual man before we go into the analytical part of man that seems to be confused by what is happening around them.  This sermon by Jerry Jones will hopefully build faith in our listeners before we open up the can of worms in a more specific manner where opinions vary to everything but being spiritual.  As you know the courts have now decided to make a law regarding the way marriage is defined in this country. She is going to talk with us tonight on the importance and application of prayer to this time that we live in today!  We wanted to share a little about our speaker tonight.  She is a Senior Partner in her firm. She obtained her a JD, Cum Laude, from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She holds a Th.D. from Apostolic Theological Seminary and Bible School. She was awarded an AAA, Magna Cum Laude, from Montgomery College and a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, from LeTourneau University. She has numerous scholastic honors.  She is a member of the Bar, State of Texas and a member of the United States of America - Southern District Court of Texas. Sis. Joy previously taught at the Center for Advanced Legal Study. She was a member of The College of the State Bar of Texas, a member of The National Scholars Honor Society, and a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda. Sis. Joy was a full member of the Texas Association of Mediators. She was awarded the “Professional of the Year,” in 2014 in the industry of Legal Services - Mediation, Wills & Family Law at Strathmore's Who's Who and remains a lifetime member there. She is actively involved in Christian missionary activities worldwide. She is on the board of Scism University. Sis. Joy is also an adjunct professor in the campus in Nepal and in the campus in India. She is also an adjunct professor at Apostolic Theological Seminary and Bible School. She has ministered with her husband in various countries including; Vanuatu, Zimbabwe, India, Nepal, Columbia, and Haiti.
