We’ve all been there. Sometimes we have a day when we are focused and productive and our conversations go well. Other times we have a day when we can’t make decisions, or we snap at others, or we feel like simple tasks take forever. At the same time, we all know what it feels like to be out of balance, and to prevent this, it is important to regularly examine your life to see if adjustments need to be made.
