When Michele Comeau talks about developing peak performance she speaks from experience. Michele started her career as a faculty member at the University of Nevada teaching Marketing, Business Communications, and preparing students to successfully enter the corporate world. She went on to spend the next couple of decades working with companies such as the MGM Grand, Fuji Xerox, and Vodafone in growing profits through improved performance in sales and customer service.
Not long ago Michele was given the opportunity to learn first hand how extreme stress can get in the way of productivity when she was handed the responsibility of running a family medical practice. In three years she managed to grow that practice by a third before marketing and selling it to a group of specialists.
It was this experience, along with some health challenges, that made her acutely aware of the need to take better care of her health and the health of the team around her. She created Wellness at Red Rock to do exactly that, to assist companies in investing in their most important asset . . . the health of their team.
