After a Supreme Court ruling it’s looking like the eviction moratorium is finally ending. Only time will tell what this means for tenants and landlords and how it will effect us overall.

The city is trying to once again to pick a fight with downtown peddle taverns.... how will this end??

The Eviction Moratorium has reached a final verdict from our courts. This will mean life changing events for a lot of individuals......

Oh you’re not going to pay for my beach vacation??? Well I guess you don’t want to buy this house then!

Money money money!! Money.... sure it’s taboo but someone has to talk about it.... right??

Another lawsuit another delay will know more after the next appeal.
