Jennifer began to develop her love for real estate in 2009 after purchasing her first home in Dale City, Virginia. By the end of 2020, she owned three homes, two of them being income properties. Her first year in real estate she closed 20 transactions, representing Buyers and Sellers and seven transactions for rentals. Jennifer loves everything about the real estate industry and it's not all about selling or buying for her. She has overseen renovations for her clients to maximize the home's potential before listing it on the market. She is an Accredited Staging Professional and owns a successful staging business. She is also a Military Relocation Professional. She is especially close to her grandfather, Retired Navy, and now married to her husband Joe, Army Verteran, she has a soft spot for those who serve our country. Jennifer loves to continue her education to learn new and improved ways to benefit her clients and will always have your best interest at heart!

1. Friends and clients are saying “interest rates are so high!” and “I’m going to sit out until interest rates go down.” What is your response to the concern about interest rates that seem high compared to the last couple years?

2. Many are familiar with the standard conventional mortgage that requires 20% down and has a fixed interest rate for 30 years. What are OTHER options for buyers to get around the current interest rates?

3. What’s an ARM and why should buyers consider one in this current market?

4. If someone thinks they’d like to buy in the next year, when should they start working with a lender?
