We are going into the new year, which means that many of us will either begin our fitness journey or continue to make new goals. With all the hard work being put into the gym and other daily priorities, we have to replenish our bodies with rest and with the foods we eat. The question is, with so many fad-diets that just appear out of now where and disappear with a blink of an eye, how do we know which one to choose? 

Before going all in, have you asked yourself: Can I commit to the restrictions that some of these diets may have? Have I considered the side effects if I deviate from what I’m supposed to do? What are my long term goals? Did I speak to a nutritionist and a doctor to see if this is the right decision? Were you pressured or tagging along because so many people are doing it? 

We are not demonizing these diets nor are we saying that these diets don't work. In fact, they ALL work. What we hate seeing are people blindly following these diets with absolutely no long term plan or goal.
