In todays episode I talk about the conditioning we as women play out around deep self sacrifice, how destructive it is to our relationship to self and why it needs to end!

It's a subject close to my heart as I acknowledge and witness this conditioning and programming within my self. Its also THE most prevalent and common pattern I see in session with my beautiful female clients.

I hope this episode lands in a place within you that lovingly encourages you to acknowledge any patterning within your self and brings about a new desire in your heart to advocate for  and align with your true value and sovereignty.

It knows its purpose and its path. It may take you to your knees and into your shadow, traversing all that you have avoided and feared and held so tightly but its headed for the light! Soften, lean IN and give way to the pain. Surrender.

Put your trust in your now moment and know that wherever your pain and grief is taking you, it will be a treasure trove of blessings, gifts, healing, inner alchemy, medicine and the meeting of so much more of your divine S E L F.
