After having drains put in my neck when I had Sepsis to help get rid of the fluid around my windpipe my voice has never been the same. Are used to be known as the singing Podiatrist but singing will give me panic attacks after I had had life-saving surgery. Today I am so proud of myself because I managed to phone without having a panic attack.

Last night I was speaking to a friend and I was saying that the reason why I started to write down information about sepsis the day after having life-saving surgery was because I had gaps in my knowledge. We need to understand different job roles and understand The different stages of sepsis and why it’s important in order to treat patients better to have a better patient outcome.
