Health is not just what you eat and what exercise you do. Health is holistic and encompasses all aspects of mind, body and soul. I am bringing this mini series to you to help you gain access to health through whatever means feels most aligned and easy for you to access.
Nutrition is much simpler than we make it. I know there are so many gentle nutrition tips out there and I could go on for days but I wanted to keep this episode short and sweet so I list a few. Something I only realized I forgot to mention is MEAL PREP so if you do read hsow notes.. meal prepping is a great way to encourage healthier options. This doesnt mean you need to prepare whole meals but have some chopped veggies and fruits in your fridge at all times so you can always throw something together easily and have something to grab when you are feeling nibbly.
