I don't have ducks in a row. I have a pigeon, a swan, a rogue Willy Wagtail, a Blackbird, and a crow that flies off whenever they want.

And that's exactly how most of us navigate expansion. Building the road as we go, placing bricks and stones, figuring it out messy, because that's how real growth happens. You don't need more confidence to make those moves. You need courage.

There comes a moment for so many women where something shifts, and you say, "No more. I'm not prepared to do that anymore." The accepting "just OK" when you could have ‘great’ is a powerful decision.
