There are many reasons that we are overwhelmed right now, but we all do overwhelm differently.
My personality type will handle it one way while my husband, kids and friends personality type will handle it another. I, like Kathi Lipp, have the type of personality that can easily give a pat answer to a situation based on how we handle things. That is not what someone who handles overwhelm differently needs to hear.
Kathi reminds us that we need to be joyful with those who are joyful and grieve with those who grieve. We need to be able to acknowledge other's pain even when we have not experienced it.

Kathi also gives me great advice on how to handle the overwhelm I am having as I pack up my home of 18 years and move across the states.
Whether you are listening for the first time or you've been a listener for a while, you may or may not know that on June 20th, 2023, I paused the
