Listen here for info so that you can create sacred space in the best way. In 12 hot minutes. Make sure you stay grounded and safe. It's a real thing, I once missed my exit on the highway. No big deal. I was on I-70 in Denver, Colorado, I could just take the next exit. But I missed that one, too. 

I was listening to my own prayer book. LOL... someone recorded it and I was checking it out, lifted me right out of body. I spent the next 30 mins rerouting and was late to teach a class. Don't do that. Stay safe.
