What is black history month about and why does it exist? This part one of that discussion. 

In this video, we discuss the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his work for equality and civil rights. We also talk about some of his other speeches, like "Mountain Top" and "Beyond Vietnam", as well as his assassination and legacy.

In this episode, I talk about the intense reason why Black life is so important. I go over topics such as police brutality, black history, and the importance of black life. I also talk about Tyre Nichols, an incredible black man who had his life taken by the hands of police officers. My hope is that by sharing this episode, you'll learn more about the importance of black life and why we need to stand up for each other.

Its story time, its about criminals, politicians, actors and comedians. Except, they are not part of this episode in a physical nor speaking form but only by name. Kenneth Williams is an extremely common name, so much so that my actually life has been turned upside down by another Kenneth Williams with a horrendous background putting monkey wrenches in my everyday life.

There are people who make a living off of stealing other people's content. In this episode showcases some of these "content thieves" and how they use other people's content to make money for themselves.

Nobody likes self-checkout, not even the store that they operate inside of. The machines are expensive to install, often break down and can lead to customers purchasing fewer items. Stores also incur higher losses and more shoplifting at self-checkouts than at traditional checkout lanes with human cashiers. Despite the headaches, self-checkout is growing and here to stay.

Words are incredibly powerful. They have the ability to make us feel happy, sad, loved, and motivated. But they can also do the opposite. Words can make us angry, hurt, and frustrated. And when we use them carelessly, they can damage our relationships and dismantle our well being.  In this video, we explore how words can affect our emotions and why it's important to watch what you say.
