Victor hails from Puerto Rico and has worked all over the country for places like Disney World, high end retirement communities, local restaurants, and eventually started his own white table cloth restaurant on Main Street in downtown Dickson. Victor dives into the details about the ins and outs of running a restaurant, the effects of covid on the hospitality business, and staffing people who truly enjoy the culinary arts and not only focused on the money they make.
