“Hey, what is the HOT GOSSIP this week?”

Gossip, such a common action and a common norm existing in our daily life. Do you think it is fun to spread news about other people? How do you react when someone in your office spreads wrong information and even shares his or her dissatisfaction or jealousy towards others?

Sometimes we are not aware that we have fallen into this trap by joining in on gossip. It is both time consuming and time wasting. Why do people keep telling me how to do my job? I have done it long enough to know what I am doing!
