I am strengthen in the Lord and in the power of His might. Amen.

As you go forth this week say this to yourself, I live in harmony with people around me , I demonstrate affectionate love, sympathy, and kindness toward other believers.

As you go forth this week say this to yourself: I empower people around me by doing and saying things that are pure and right.

There is no condemnation for me because I am in Christ Jesus, I walk after the spirit and not after the the flesh, therefore I do the things that please the Lord.

As you go forth this week, say this to yourself: I don’t have a spirit of fear, I am not afraid because God has given me the power of love and sound mind.

Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.

As you go forth this week say this to yourself and family. The Lord satisfies me and my family with long love and good health.

The Lord will preserve me and everyone around me
