Every Christmas, we're reminded of one of our favorite Christmas stories. Caleb’s Miracle by Sandy Compton is a classic Christmas tale of 1889 Montana. It’s Montana’s birth year, 1889, and the Blascomb boys and their father, Bill, are headed to Dillon for some Christmas shopping. As they ride up the Beaverhead River, they encounter the Thornton family, late of Texas, and fear facing a Christmas without gifts.
