Most of the time we end the year off similar to the way we start a new year, with reflection and intention. We look at our accomplishments, our goals, the things we may have surrender or let go of. It's this cycle, a journey that allows us to grow, learn and evolve in becoming more aligned to our true selves. As with everything, life is a mirror that reflects either a joyful reality or a reactive condition filled with emotional responses that might have limited our view and understanding.
