Valerie A. Sheppard is a sessional research methods instructor at the Justice Institute of British Columbia. 
Marjory and her have collaborated on research sessions for students. Val works from her home in Spain and was pleased to share some of her experiences from her year of a difficult 2020.

Today I'm talking with Bill Anglin, a realtor in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. He shares some of the unintended consequences as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic.
