In our first episode of 2023, the boys welcome Shahrazade-Abla, our resident artist and herbalist. With majnoona flower as a jumping off point, we spoke about Sufi madness, male and female experiences of social change regarding emotional expression emotional experience. We spoke about our abiding distrust in revolutions, then about mythological and archetypal psychology as it intersects with topics such as astrology, social systems, creativity, migration. We spoke about which plants are assholes and which ones are good guys. We talked about how a coffee cup could teach us important lessons of invasion and integration. 

We spoke about the fact that you can pay somebody $100 an hour to hug you, and that it's actually probably a good thing. We espouse grandmother wisdom that none of us practice but all know to be a good thing, so that's another good thing you get for free from this episode.
