I feel we are often anchored to a version of ourselves that holds us back from the truth -- holds us back from who we can become and from the present moment.
What if you could take everything you've been through, find the meaning & be free of the pain? What would that do for you?
Are you living a meaningful life?
How do you know?
Is this the key to everything?
Maybe, let's chat.
Coffee chat going over what it really means to be the most authentic version of you.
Here's the thing you are who you are today based on what you have been practicing, your habits, routines etc. in order to make changes you have to start practicing new ways of being, speaking, showing up etc.
We become very emotional (at least I do) when I take a miss step or I get overwhelmed and stop practicing the version of myself I am becoming, but THAT IS the practice, you're not going to get it right 100% of the time, perfection does not exist in this universe
Don't overcomplicate it - get back into practice
Are you being called? Do you know for sure?
If you absolutely knew you were being called to do something -- why don't we do it?
Listen in to here my take!
Themes: Envy from a parent, Dealing with a parent who is a narcissist, Healing ourselves through re-parenting, Releasing & letting go of expectations
I've sat down with my mother once again for a beautifully awkward conversation. Through our own trials and tribulations, we've been able to come clean and answer the hard questions to each other around jealousy, narcissism, parenting ourselves, and why this is a generational problem. We answer questions from listeners just like you to get raw and honest.
Sat down with none other than Norense Odiase - a professional athlete, podcast host of Mind Bully, speaker, pastor's kid, and so much more. We speak on relationships, grief from loss, your identity in and out of sports, the church and preachers vs. leaders, and so much more.
I've seen even in my own life how I have played a victim to my circumstances, so I thought it was fitting to invite a moral and political psychologist - Cory Clark, to come in and share her research about this topic and have an open conversation about the world state in which we feel we can't say anything without being criticized.
Cory Clark's research has so much insight into human biases, victim mentality, and more. It truly gave me the opportunity to explore my own personal biases and bring light beliefs I have about myself that may, in fact, not be true, but I was holding on to them because I believed I was gaining something from it.

75hard gets a lot of false heat for being a fitness program, but that's never why I did it - and never was the ultimate outcome. I often hear people ask me, "Is it for me? Should I do it?" my answer is in this podcast!
Do you have a disconnected relationship with your mother? Do you have a loving one who seems always to avoid speaking about the hard things?
You're not alone. I sat down with my mother to have an uncomfortable and raw conversation about rejection, forgiveness, rebuilding, and generational trauma that stems from the mother wound. This episode aims to give you peace in your relationship with your mother and offer you space and tools to heal one of the deepest wounds we can bare. Because this is me and my real mom speaking about our own pain, we aren't always perfect in articulating it - but we share our hearts in hope it can heal yours.
